Artwork Image

Please submit a clear, well-lit photograph of your artwork. The photo should be a straight-on, front view of the piece, cropped to its edges with no background visible. While image quality is important, high-resolution files are not necessary. We prefer web-optimized images, which load faster. Please use a JPG or PNG format. The image will be used for online sales, so it should represent your work well.

Artist Agreement

I understand that I must drop-off and pick-up artwork on the scheduled dated stated above.

I understand that fees are non-refundable, If I cannot drop off work at designated time I will send a representative with my work.

I understand that I must submit one entry form per artwork, upload a clear, well-lit image for the online gallery, and follow all intake instructions.

I understand that all submitted work must be original 2D artwork, properly wired and ready to hang, not exceed 24 inches in width, be appropriate for all ages, and be available for sale.

I understand that this is a non-curated show and that my entry is only accepted once the entry fee is paid.

I understand that SAA retains a 25% commission, and artists receive 75% of the sale price.

I understand that I will label the back of my work with my name and the title of the artwork.

Liability Waiver

By signing the entry application for art submission, I hereby release and discharge the Savannah Art Association (SAA) from any personal or proprietary liability, claims, loss or damages arising from participation in exhibitions at any gallery or event sponsored by the SAA, exhibitions at all outside venues, or any other functions or activities in conjunction with the SAA. Furthermore, I understand that the Savannah Art Association will not be responsible for any injury sustained by the artists during the admission

process or as a member of the SAA. I acknowledge that payment of any work sold through SAA events will be deposited directly into the SAA account and a check will be written by the treasurer (minus commission, sales tax, and credit card fees (if applicable) to the artist.
