Theme:  â€‹â€‹Personal Transformation

Exhibition Theme & Guidelines

We invite you to explore the "Personal Transformation" theme through your unique creative lens. This theme is open to your individual interpretation—whether literal, abstract, or symbolic.

​

Eligibility & Selection: This is a non-juried exhibition. Every entry submitted by a current SAA member will be accepted. 

Venue Requirements: To maintain a neutral environment for all guests, our hosts at FOB have requested that artists avoid works with political or religious subject matter. We appreciate your cooperation in honoring this request.

Artwork Intake & Pick-Up: 
  • Intake (Drop-off): Thursday, April 2, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Pick-up: Thursday, July 2, 2026 | 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (end of exhibit)
     

Curbside Assistance

Parking in this downtown area can be a challenge. To make the process easier for you, we are happy to meet you at your vehicle for a quick hand-off so you don't have to find a parking spot.
 

How it works:

- Text Mary Atkins at 912-713-7941 when you are outside

- Pull up to the alley behind the FOB or to the front entrance on Broughton Street.

- Someone will meet you at your car to collect or return your artwork.

Grand Opening Reception Update

We are currently finalizing the details with the venue for our Grand Opening Reception. Once everything is confirmed, we will share the full announcement with you. Please note that this inaugural reception will break from our typical "First Friday" schedule and will instead take place mid-month. We appreciate your patience while we iron out the specifics!

 

Entry Fee:

$15 per piece (up to 2 entries)

This exhibit is open to all current Savannah Art Association members.

All artwork must be original—no prints or reproductions accepted.

 

Size Limits:
  • Wall display max: 24” width

  • All artwork must be appropriate for young viewers as this is a family restaurant

 

How to Submit:
  • Fill out ONE Entry Form per art: Click button 

  • To Pay: Click button in the Call to Enter to pay $15 Entry Fee 

  • Please note that fees are non-refundable—read all instructions to avoid disqualification at drop-off.

  • Have this information ready before going to the form:

Entry Form Submission details

Submit one form for each of your artwork. You will upload your image on the form.

This is the image that will appear in the online gallery and be used for sales. Please ensure each image is clear, well-lit, cropped to the edges of the artwork

 

Prepare Artwork for Drop-Off:
  • Label the back of each piece with your name and artwork title.
     

Framing & Display Requirements:

Artwork must be wired end-to-end and ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers)

All work must be for sale

Sales & Commission:​
  • Do not include tax in your price.

  • SAA takes a 25% commission; artists receive 75% of the final sale price.

Exhibition Terms & Policies

Commitment to the Show: To maintain the integrity of the exhibition, all artwork must remain on display for the full duration of the show. Work may not be removed early for entry into other exhibits or personal sales.
 

Sales & Replacements: If a piece is sold during the exhibition, the SAA may allow a replacement piece to be installed so the gallery remains complete. However, the replacement must fit the same dimensions as the original piece to accommodate the existing wall space and hardware.

 

*Important Drop-Off & Pick-Up Info please read carefully:

Please adhere strictly to the scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. This limited window is essential for the proper installation of the show and cannot accommodate late arrivals.

  • Late Arrivals: Work arriving outside the scheduled time will not be included in the physical exhibit, and entry fees will not be refunded.

  • Online Showroom: All submitted work, including late arrivals, will still be displayed in the online showroom.

  • Installation: Once the exhibit is installed, volunteers cannot make additional trips or reconfigure the display for late pieces.

If you are unable to attend during the scheduled time:

  • Arrange a Proxy: Please arrange for a friend or representative to deliver or pick up your work on your behalf.

  • Contact Us: If arranging a proxy is not possible, contact us in advance to discuss alternate drop-off/pick-up options (if available).
