Art will be on-view view for 3 months:

Important Dates

Entry Deadline: Sunday, February 1 midnight

No late entries will be accepted.

Drop off: Thursday, February 5 | 9:30–10:30 AM​

Pick up: Thursday, May 7 | 9:30–10:30 AM

IMPORTANT: If you are unable to make these dates/time, please arrange for someone else to pick up/drop off your work on your behalf.

Submission Process:
  1. Fill out Entry Form per art:  [Entry Submission Form]

  2. Pay $15 Entry Fee: CLICK TO PAY
    Please note that fees are non-refundable—please read all instructions to avoid disqualification at drop-off.

  3. Drop off wired and ready to hang artwork at the drop off date and time (late work will not be accepted

Entry Fee:
  • $15 per piece (up to 2 entries)

  • This exhibit is open to all current Savannah Art Association members.

  • All artwork must be original 2D work — no 3D or reproductions accepted (exception photography).

  • NOTE: This is a non-juried show; your entry is guaranteed once the fee is paid and work is delivered during the intake window. Please note that fees are non-refundable.

 

Size Limits:
  • Wall display max: 24” width

  • All artwork must be appropriate for young viewers as this is a family restaurant

 

Entry Form Submission details

Submit one form for each artwork. You will upload your image on the form. (do not email info or images)

This is the image that will appear in the online gallery and be used for sales. Please ensure each image is clear, well-lit, cropped to the edges of the artwork

Artwork Intake & Pick-Up Information

Prepare Artwork for Drop-Off

  • Clearly label the back of each piece with your name and the artwork title.

  • All artwork must be wired end-to-end and ready to hang (no sawtooth hangers).

  • Dropping off day and time for new artwork for this exhibit

  • This is also the pick up artwork from Winter show.

 

Pick-Up Date for this show
Please mark your calendar:

Thursday, May 7 | 9:30–10:30 AM

  • All artwork must be picked up during this scheduled window. We do not have storage space and cannot hold artwork beyond this date.

  • Please note: We do not have storage space. Artwork must be picked up during this time and cannot be held.

  • If you cannot make this window, you must arrange for someone else to drop off or pick up your work on your behalf.

Your cooperation helps us present a professional, seamless exhibition—and we sincerely appreciate your support

 

Sales & Commission:​
  • Do not include tax in your price.

  • SAA takes a 25% commission; artists receive 75% of the final sale price.

  • Art work sold must be replaced with another work of the same size.

  • Check the online gallery, email us if you see SOLD to speed up your payment. 

  • All work must be for sale.
