My perspective on being "on the threshold" is a pause—a moment of stillness where a crucial decision is made. This artwork depicts an individual approaching the edge of something new and potentially life-changing. Before him stands a forest of trees so tall their tops are out of sight, evoking a sense of fear and uncertainty. However, the gaps between the trees reveal colors of new possibilities that inspire hope. This moment embodies the choice to confront the unknown or remain secure in the current situation.
