The first time I went to the ocean, it was evening and raining. The setting sun broke through the thick clouds, illuminating them with a magical light. The light refracted in the streams of rain, and all of this filled my soul with joy and warmth. This feeling stayed with me for many years, and I eventually captured it through painting.
