This work reflects on rest as a rare form of abundance. In a world that equates value with productivity, stillness becomes a kind of luxury—something to be earned, justified, or hidden. I’m interested in the tension between growth and pause, between the natural cycles of renewal and the relentless pace of contemporary life. Wheatgrass considers what it means to reclaim time as nourishment, to see idleness not as lack but as fullness—a harvest of being rather than doing.
