Statement of Agreement

 

By checking the "I have read, understand, and agree" box on the entry form, you are confirming your agreement to all the terms below:

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Savannah Art Association and its officers from any loss or damage to artwork submitted for exhibition.

• You acknowledge that each artist is responsible for carrying their own insurance coverage for their artwork.

• You release and discharge the Savannah Art Association (SAA) from any personal or property liability, claims, loss, or damages arising from participation in exhibitions or events sponsored by SAA. This includes exhibitions at outside venues, galleries, or any other activities conducted in conjunction with SAA.

• You understand that SAA will not be responsible for any injury sustained by the artist during artwork drop-off, pick-up, or participation in SAA events.

 

Photography and Sales

 

• The Savannah Art Association reserves the right to photograph submitted artwork for publicity, promotional, and archival purposes. No compensation will be provided for such use.

• If a sale occurs during the duration of an exhibition, the Savannah Art Association may receive a commission as determined by the exhibition’s guidelines. All sales must be processed through the Savannah Art Association.

 

Acceptance Policy

 

• SAA retains the authority to deny acceptance of any artwork for any reason.
