  • Submissions will be selected based on fit within these constraints, adherence to the theme, and overall quality of work.

Understanding a Curated Exhibit
  • Unlike our standard open calls for SAA members, this is a curated exhibition. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. To ensure a cohesive, high-quality show, an independent guest curator will select works based on the criteria listed above (theme, quality, and fit). While we value every entry, the final selection is highly competitive.

How to Submit
  • Entry Form: Submit one form per artwork (up to 2 entries)

  • Image Upload: Each form requires a clear, well-lit, cropped photo of your piece

  • File Naming convention: LastName-Title.jpg (e.g., Smith-SavannahSunset.jpg)

  • Reminder: Selection is based on the submitted image. Poor-quality photos (dark, crooked, or uncropped) may result in immediate rejection.

Drop-Off Information
  • Artwork Intake: Thursday, February 5, 2026 | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM (strict time)

  • Street parking is limited. For your convenience, the side door on the corner of Lincoln and 41st will be open for easy intake drop-off.

  • Labeling: Clearly label the back of each piece with your name and title

Important Notes
  • Drop-off and pick-up times must be respected. The date and time above is the only drop-off window. Late work will not be accepted.

  • Arrange for someone else to deliver your artwork if needed. Once the show is installed, no changes can be made.

  • If you fail to deliver your work during this window your work will still appear in the online gallery and your fee will not be refunded.

  • Entry fees are non-refundable, you will pay only if your work is selected by the curator.
