Exhibit will be on View for 3 days from the Drop-off date.
Important dates:
Deadline to Enter | Sunday, November 1 midnight (No late entries will be accepted.)
Intake | Wednesday, November 25 from 12 PM - 2:00 PM
Reception | Friday, November 27 from 6 - 8 PM
Pick up | Sunday, November 1 from 6 - 8 PM
Important Submission Requirements:
To ensure your work is included in the exhibit and the online gallery, you must adhere to the following protocols. There will be no exceptions.

Juried Exhibition: This is a juried exhibition. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Artwork will be reviewed by the designated juror(s).

1–3 Entries: Each current SAA member may submit 1 to 3 pieces of artwork.

One Form Per Artwork: A separate submission form must be completed for each individual piece of artwork.

No Email Submissions: Entries must be submitted through the official SAA Calls to Enter form. Artwork submissions sent by email will not be accepted.

Payment Required: A $15 non-refundable entry fee is required for each submitted piece. Payment must be completed for your submission to be considered.

Original Artwork Only: All artwork must be original. Prints, reproductions, or photographs of existing artwork will not be accepted.

Mandatory Digital Submission: An image of each submitted artwork must be uploaded through the online entry form. Artwork that has not been submitted through the official form may not be considered for the exhibition.
The information provided in the form will be used to organize the exhibition and may be used for gallery labels, the online gallery, and sales information. Please ensure that all information is complete and accurate.

Fees are non-refundable, please read all instructions carefully before submitting your entry.

Entry Form Submission details
Submit one form for each artwork. You will be asked to upload an image of your artwork within the form.
For framed artwork, the photograph must include the entire artwork and frame.
Please ensure your image is clear, well-lit, and accurately represents your work.

Framing & Display Requirements:
All 2-D artwork, including paintings, drawings, and photography, must be:

Properly framed, wired, or gallery wrapped

Ready for gallery display

Fully covered on the back

In gallery-ready condition
No sawtooth hangers.
*Paintings that are not completely finished, dried, and framed, will not be accepted.*
Sales & Commission:

Do not include tax in your price.

SAA takes a 25% commission; artists receive 75% of the final sale price.
Exhibition Terms & Policies
Juried Selection:
All artwork will be reviewed as part of the juried selection process. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Non-Refundable Entry Fee:
The $15 entry fee for each submitted artwork is non-refundable, including if an artwork is not selected for the exhibition.
Artwork Availability:
Accepted artwork must remain available for the duration of the exhibition and may not be removed early unless otherwise approved by the Savannah Art Association.

Please adhere strictly to the scheduled drop-off time. This limited window is essential for the proper installation of the exhibition.
Drop-Off: Wednesday, November 25, 2026 | 12:00–2:00 PM

Late Arrivals: Artwork arriving outside the scheduled drop-off time may not be included in the physical exhibition, and entry fees will not be refunded.

Gallery Installation: Once the exhibition has been installed, volunteers may not be able to make additional trips or reconfigure the display for late artwork.

Artwork Preparation: Please make sure your artwork is properly framed, wired, labeled, and gallery-ready before arriving at intake.
Pick-Up: Sunday, November 29, 2026 | 6:00–8:00 PM

Artwork Pickup: Artwork must be picked up during the scheduled pickup time, as the gallery does not have storage available after the exhibition.

Pickup Arrangements: If you are unable to pick up your artwork during the scheduled time, please arrange for someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

Pickup Schedule: We are unable to accommodate pickups outside of the designated pickup time.
