I like to paint the moments of introspection that come after the storm. That is when we can learn the most about ourselves and make deeper connections. After a recent loss, I craved a space to wait where I could feel sad but still hopeful. That is why I painted Liminal Meadow. In it, a deer spirit guide beckons the viewer to come in and rest. Meet me in the space between an ending and an unknown beginning.
